At The Swoon Room, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theswoonroomshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a replacement or refund when applicable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Because many items are custom made, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
