All orders from The Swoon Room are processed in the order they are received. Many of our products are made to order, and processing times may vary depending on order volume, launches, holidays, or restocks.

Estimated processing times are 7 days. Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. The Swoon Room is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
